Take the cable car to Weggis and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the Swiss Alps. The relaxing boat trip to Lucerne prepares you perfectly for your shopping or sightseeing tour through Lucerne's old town. During the boat trip back to Vitznau, you can once again enjoy the varied landscapes of primeval Switzerland before taking the oldest cogwheel railroad in Europe back up to 1483 meters above sea level.

Our classic excursion: take the cogwheel railroad to Rigi Kulm and enjoy the wonderful 360° panorama of the Swiss Alps. Then descend via Staffel and Staffelhöhe to Känzeli, where you can let your gaze wander over the beautiful Lake Lucerne. Now it's just a short walk back to the hotel. Of course, the more athletically ambitious can also take this route in the opposite direction.

Arrival & departure
Your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 and is available to you until 11:00 on the day of departure. On request and subject to availability, we will be happy to make the room available to you for longer for a fee.

Alternatively, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room after your departure. If you have to leave outside our reception opening hours, please fill in the form available at reception so that we can charge your credit card. We will then send you the invoice by e-mail.

Rigi Railway
The railroad runs from Vitznau to Rigi Kulm and from Arth-Goldau to Rigi Kulm. You can also take the aerial cableway from Weggis to Rigi Kaltbad. A detailed timetable is available for you at reception.
