Revision of the Weggis-Rigi Kaltbad aerial cableway from November 17 to 28, 2025.
During this time, only the cogwheel railroads from Vitznau and Arth-Goldau operate.
On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), however, the cable car is open and operates regularly.
There are various playgrounds on the Rigi. Near the hotel is Rigiland with various play equipment, a water playground, mini golf course and barbecue areas. The location next to the forest and with a wonderful panoramic view over Lake Lucerne is unique.
On Rigi Staffel there is another playground with a trampoline and on Rigi Scheidegg there is a large area with various play equipment, trampolines and Noah's Ark. Rigi Scheidegg can be reached via the panorama trail (suitable for baby carriages) in approx. 2 hours.
